I have many experiences that vary from growing up as a gym rat and active child with the Chicago Park District, to playing a variety of sports like basketball, football, lacrosse, taekwondo, and also professionally competing and teaching ballroom dance, which have given me a plethora of knowledge and depth of understanding of basic, intermediate and dynamic movements. As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I am eager to share this knowledge with my clients and lead them to happy, healthy, and lasting lifestyle changes. With my approach to health and fitness, you’ll learn tips and techniques that will empower you to be your best self and meet your goals with even the most complex of lifestyles and schedules.
