Hey there! Hopefully you're here looking for a change or need help making one, because my specialty is getting people results and turning the uninspired into slightly less uninspired. Most importantly, I'm looking forward to using my NASM & TRX Training, as well as, my knowledge collected from various experiences growing up as a gym rat at the Chicago Park District, and being exposed playing a variety of sports like basketball, football, lacrosse, taekwondo, and also professionally competing and teaching ballroom dance. My dynamic background has given me a plethora of knowledge and depth of understanding of basic, intermediate and complex movements. I’m eager as a Personal Trainer to share this knowledge with my clients and lead them to happy, healthy, and lasting lifestyle changes. With my approach to health and fitness, you’ll learn tips and techniques that will empower you to be your best self and meet your goals with even the most complex of lifestyles and schedules.

There’s no easy way to reach your goals, but with my help, I look forward to making your goals fun to pursue, achieve, and sustain!
