22 THINGS I LEARNED/RELEARNED IN 2022
by Greg Buford
Due to lots of time spent in thought and meditation, here we are...
#1
You can't cheat a bad diet. Physically, spiritually, emotionally, or financially.
#2
Too many comfortable goals will kill your drive.
#3
Do it with love & you'll never regret it.
#4
Opinions can be loaded with valuable information, but none of it is more valuable than your peace of mind.
#5
Staying curious will always present opportunities to learn and be amazed.
#6
A bad environment will tire out a good heart.
#7
Being patient with people will allow them to bloom before your eyes.
#8
Adaptability can be stronger than strength itself.
#9
Blood makes you related. Love makes you family.
#10
Most of us know we have a habit change that could be transformational for us.
#11
People often times are aware of the harm they are doing.

#12
Small decisions usually require more thought. Large decisions usually require more courage.
#13
Stay around people that bring out the best in you, but try to understand why you let others bring out the worst in you.
#14
Being honest is important, but so is being kind. Try to find a way to do both or consider being silent.
#15
If you "save face" for a relationship, then you likely have to face losing that relationship.
#16
Not many things are better than dancing, laughing, a good hug, and knowing you're loved.
#17
Being able to slow & control your breath is a great source of power.
#18
Adults are just children with more responsibilities. It's okay to have fun. But also, get back to those responsibilities.
#19
A great playlist is a secret weapon.
#20
Intention mean very little if the perception doesn't match.
#21
Befriend your neighbor. You never know when you'll get locked out, locked in, or need some sugar.
#22
Save your time, money, and words for things that matter.
I'm pretty positive I have more to add to the list, but it'll have to wait til next year. If you like any of these, please let me know and feel free to share with the hashtag #growthwithgreg
